Sankyo Tateyama, Inc. entered into an agreement on December 19, 2014 to acquire the aluminum extrusions business of Aleris International, Inc. as at February 1, 2015, as per the announcement dated December 19, 2014, “Acquisition of Aluminum Extrusions Business from Aleris International, Inc.”

However, as the procedures related to the business succession are delayed and the procedures for a smooth business transfer are still under way, we hereby inform you that the parties concerned have agreed to change the business acquisition date to March 1, 2015 from the originally planned February 1, 2015.
