Sankyo Tateyama, Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) has signed an agreement to acquire the aluminum extrusions business of Aleris International, Inc. (hereinafter “Aleris”) as announced in our news release “Acquisition of Aluminum Extrusions Business from Aleris International, Inc.” dated on December 19, 2014.

We hereby announce that we completed the procedures for such business acquisition based on such agreement on March 1, 2015.

We are currently reviewing the impact on the Company’s consolidated business results in the fiscal year ending May 2015, and if matters to be disclosed arise, we will immediately disclose such matters.
